Civil Litigation Attorney
Our client, a well-established litigation firm, is seeking an experienced 4+ years' Civil Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. The firm represents businesses, insurers, and individuals in a wide range of civil litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates for this role should possess a J.D. from an accredited law school and maintain an active Colorado Bar license in good standing. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of insurance defense litigation experience, with a background handling matters involving automobile liability, premises liability, general liability, construction defect, or other casualty claims. Experience taking and defending depositions, as well as significant motion practice experience, is required. Trial experience, whether serving as first-chair or second-chair counsel, is strongly preferred. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, along with the ability to independently manage case files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, analytical, and client-management skills are also essential.
The firm offers a highly competitive compensation package, with total earnings-including base salary and productivity-based bonus opportunities-expected to range from $125,000 to $175,000+ annually, depending on experience, level of responsibility, and individual productivity.
